A basement that floods every storm or weeps at the walls is telling you water has a way in. We find where it's coming from and shut it down with interior drainage, a sump system, and sealing sized to your home.
A wet basement is almost never about one leak. Water builds up in the soil around the foundation, and once there's enough pressure it finds the weak points: the joint where the wall meets the floor, hairline cracks, and porous block. Older Trenton homes and the ones sitting lower toward the Delaware tend to see it worst.
We start by figuring out how the water is getting in and how much you're dealing with. Then we build a system to match. For most homes that means catching the water inside with a perimeter drain and moving it out with a sump pump, backed up by sealing and, when the grading outside is the culprit, exterior drainage.
We'll trace the leak, size the right system, and give you the cost in writing before you commit to anything.
