Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at foundationrepairtrentonnj.com operated by Trenton Foundation Repair (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do — and what we do not

Trenton Foundation Repair is a marketing and referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed local foundation contractors. We do not provide foundation repair services ourselves, we do not employ the professionals we refer you to, and we do not supervise, direct, or control their work.

The professionals are independent third parties solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and any agreement you enter into with them. We do not guarantee the availability, qualifications, quality, pricing, or outcome of any professional's work, and any contract for services is strictly between you and that professional. We encourage you to verify a professional's license, insurance, and references before hiring.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information when you submit a request;
• Confirm that you are the owner of, or an authorized user of, the phone number you provide and that you consent to be contacted at it;
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

4. No warranties

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trenton Foundation Repair and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Site or your dealings with any professional you are connected with through it. Because we are a referral service and not the service provider, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work, or conduct of any professional.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of the Site are owned by Trenton Foundation Repair or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them and revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
